I firmly believe none is born a racist. Racism is a learned behavior and as Racism in this country continues to grow and thrive. It’s hard as an individual to know how to make a change. That is what inspires me about ARCC. It addresses the problem of racism in a way that we can all make the change happen – on an individual by individual basis, today. I’m committed to making that change in my community and I would encourage others to do the same. We can end racism if we do it together!
