Eliany Leal Espinoza

My name is Eliany Leal Espinoza, and I am an Afro-Latina from Cuba. I currently attend Florida State University, where I am pursuing a double major in Psychology and Criminology with hopes of attending law school and becoming a lawyer. My journey with the Anti-Racist Commitment Coalition began during my senior year of high school when I joined Community in Action (CIA). Through this experience, I developed a passion for advocacy, community engagement, and creating meaningful change. Today, I continue my involvement with ARCC as an intern, where I work to support initiatives that promote equity, inclusion, and social justice. As part of my work with ARCC, I am also the co-host of Mic Drop, DeepDive’s talk show, where I discuss current events and important social issues. Through these experiences, I strive to foster meaningful conversations and inspire positive change within my community.

Dazmine Jenkins

Hi, I'm Dazmine! I'm a Criminology major at Florida State University. I've been a part of ARCC since high school through the Community In Action (CIA), and it's been amazing to continue that journey in college. Now, I'm a co-host of Mic Drop, where I get to have real conversations about race, current events, and the issues that shape our communities. I love learning, asking questions, and hearing different perspectives. Through the podcast, I hope to create conversations that make people think, stay informed, and see the world from a different point of view. I'm always learning myself, and I'm excited to keep growing alongside our listeners.
