Transforming yourself

NEW EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY

We have taken our anti-racism process and developed an experience to help accelerate your journey to becoming an anti-racist. Dates and a link to register will be coming to this page soon.

Our vision at ARCC is to build a racism-free world, and our mission is to provide inspiration, education, and support for you to transform, practice, and spread anti-racism and anti-hatred. Through this program, we hope to expand your worldview so you can gain new perspective on topics like Juneteenth, workplace racism, heritage months, and microaggressions. This begins with our three-step process for transforming yourself into an anti-racist:

  1. Erase your ignorance about racism and
  2. Educate yourself about anti-
  3. Build the character and confidence to stand up, speak out, and take action to spread anti- racism and make positive change happen.

From those steps, we've created a course-based educational experience you can use to jump-start and sustain your personal transformation to anti-racism. You're invited to join an upcoming cohort!

ARCC's Personal Transformation Experience Course

ARCC now offers a Personal Transformation Experience course that you are able to participate in. During this course we discuss subjects like White Privilege, Structural Racism, and Identity and Race. In these sessions we aim to educate you to first erase your ignorance about racism, then educate yourself about anti-racism and lastly, build the character and confidence to stand up, speak out, and take action to spread anti-racism and make positive change happen. Watch this video to hear from some of those who had the opportunity to take the course!
