Organization

Being organized is such a useful skill to have in life. When I say organized I mean everything, it can be cleaning, planning your day, writing down the things you need to get done, or creating a schedule for yourself for the week. There are times when I am not organized and it makes me feel like my life is a mess or there are just a million thoughts going on in my head, it is not a good feeling. To help me stay organized I plan out my day on what  I need to do, even if it means writing down to brush my teeth (I always brush my teeth, having something checked off feels nice), I write down what assignments I want to complete that specific day and what class I should be studying for. Obviously not everyone is perfect and will not complete everything on the to-do list (me,) what I would do is move it to the next day and the next day until I completed the task. Another thing I do, is if I see a mess or if my room keeps getting messy I make sure to plan a day where I am dedicating the day to clean my area and what I need to clean. Being organized can also deal with whatever you are thinking about. It is also good to write down your thoughts or ideas you have instead of just thinking about it, because one can feel overwhelmed with so much thoughts going on in their head, having it in front of you will make you feel a little better mentally and not feel like your mind is going everywhere. Being organized will not only help you in the present day, it will benefit you in the future. Hopefully the way I try to stay organized will help you, now I am not saying I do this everyday which I should, but everyone has bad days, so it is okay to not do it everyday.
