My Experience With my Summer Job
My first week at my job at AT&T was full of training, learning the ropes, and understanding their Opus system, which lets you view customer accounts and perform transactions for them. My day by day mainly was clocking in checking the board of metrics and see what I need to work on the most whether it’s upgrading phones or pinching internet services then get my iPad log on and check if there is any new promotions that I might need to tell my customers about them I go to my designated table and sit and wait till comes in so I can further access theirs issues for them. I need to reduce my procrastination significantly; I tend to put off my training. I always tend to put my sales out at the end of the month, so I am always rushing. Still, I will change my ways and put them in at the end of the week to avoid being too stressed. My trainer does them every day because they are always new. Procrastination is something I am genuinely working on. It was one of my favorite jobs, so interesting, and so many things went down at a cell phone store.
