I have made a decision to move my allyship from empathy and compassion to activist. I am passionate about anti-racism because I believe in the power of diversity. Diverse backgrounds, experiences and opinions results in better decisions and ultimately more innovation and transformation. I am a feminist, and an anti-racist, and I want to learn more how I can more positively impact the community that I live in.
