Well first off committing myself to being anti-racist is step to change myself but also to educate others around me. It’s imperative to become anti-racist but I know with that takes commitment to becoming someone better. I want to take steps to better the world we live because everyone deserves the chance to be on the same equal playing field. Some steps I’ve been taking to educate myself is listen to black voices, watch movies or read book to go outside just my own perspective. I don’t think I can call myself an ally without doing these needed changes and would like to commit myself to being an anti-racist individual.
