Why I joined ARCC?

As a black man in America, I will always be for anti-racism. I believe equitable opportunities should be for all Americans and I don’t think we are there yet as a nation. I am committed to bringing us one step forward to that goal! I believe ARCC is headed to end racism and I want to be apart of that journey.
