I am joining ARCC because I am passionate about anti racism and a strong believer that racism should be eradicated from any society. As a human rights activist and a long time educator and author of multiple books on diversity and inclusion I have to stand up to racism. It is my duty to teach my fellow Americans and future generations about racism and how to be anti-racist.
