The 45th president of the United States showed us just how racist this country can be. It’s time for all of us to challenge those ideas by calling out racism when we see it, while also asking ourselves how we might be contributing to systemic racism. Change starts by influencing those closest to us, and I support ARCC’s mission to foster that change.
