Making a Difference: My Internship at ARCC

My time as the fundraising intern for ARCC was nothing short of amazing; not only was I able to dive deeply into the world of non-profits, but I also believe I was able to contribute to meaningful change.

During my internship, I formed long-lasting connections with individuals whose passion for social justice and equality inspired me daily.

Additionally, I participated in amazing donation drives such as the inaugural High School Graduate Scholarship, which recognized our younger members’ contributions and encouraged them to continue fighting for justice and equity.

Lastly, I learned more about the Personal Transformation Program, whose initiatives focus on individual empowerment and development as tools for social change. This program, aimed at helping participants understand their potential for impact, deeply enriched my own understanding of how transformative personal development can be in driving societal progress. I am really thankful for the opportunity to contribute to such impactful projects and to grow both professionally and personally.

As my internship is coming to an end, I want to encourage future interns and volunteers to seize the opportunity to work with ARCC. Here, you’ll not only gain invaluable experience but also contribute to meaningful and necessary change in our society. Your involvement can truly make a difference, and the skills and perspectives you develop will benefit you throughout your career and life.
