Transforming yourself

EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE

ARCC has taken its anti-racism process and developed an experience to accelerate your journey to becoming an anti-racist. Dates and a link to register will be coming to this page soon.

Our vision is to build a racism-free world, and our mission is to provide inspiration, education, and support for you to transform, practice, and spread anti-racism and anti-hatred. Through this program, we hope to expand your worldview so you can gain new perspective on topics like Juneteenth, workplace racism, heritage months, and microaggressions. This begins with our three-step process for transforming yourself into an anti-racist:

  1. Erasing your ignorance about racism
  2. Educating yourself about anti-racism
  3. Building the character and confidence to stand up, speak out, and take action to spread anti- racism and make positive change happen

From those steps, we've created a course-based educational experience you can use to jump-start and sustain your personal transformation to anti-racism. You're invited to join an upcoming cohort!

The course includes reading and discussing the publications listed below.
